As a LA Marathon Nonprofit Partner our race participants, in addition to preparing to run/walk for TEAM LACER have been raising funds and creating awareness for our mission and work in afterschool!

Why Participate for Charity?
Running for charity can provide a greater sense of purpose while you’re training, as well as a reason to cross the finish line. Your fundraising efforts will have a direct impact on the all of the young people who benefit from LACER’s FREE Afterschool Programs and provide motivation to finish the race in honor of the donors who supported you along the way.
By signing up to Run for TEAM LACER, we have covered your registration fees ($55.50), and you will be required to meet the fundraising goal of $200.00 minimum through the solicitation of support from your friends and family by Friday, March 13th, 2026.
WHAT ARE THE PERKS?
Meet us at the LACER Tent on Charity Row for some refreshment to fuel you up for the race. We will also be giving out some cool swag you can wear on event day and beyond to show your LACER pride!
